Description: Thicker branching than digitata and base will readily encrust over larger areas. Also larger, more spaced out corallites with olive green polyps.
Care: Usual SPS water chemistry and tolerant of range of water currents which will affect growth formation. Grows well under 250W and 400W lighting from 6,500K to 20,000K although personal preference is for the higher temperature ratings. This coral has been in captive propagation program since 1999.
